Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold by The Internet Money Playbook are digital downloadable files. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or made accessible to the buyer.

We do not offer refunds after digital access has been granted.

Exceptions

A refund or resolution will be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• File access failure: You cannot access or download the files and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Legal requirement: Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the content after access has been granted
• Expectation of income or financial results from using the playbooks
